An overnight visit at a historic private club is an entirely unique experience. The guest room accommodations at the Columbia Club Downtown Indianapolis are one of our key features. No room is exactly alike and that is one of the unique characteristics of our overnight rooms. All overnight guestrooms have flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi and relaxing beds. Our beds have Egyptian cotton bed linens and guests are treated to bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames. Enjoy a spectacular stay at the Columbia Club Downtown Indianapolis.

Booking Deadlines:

Rooming lists for blocks made before November 1st must be completed by November 12th, including names and methods of payment for all rooms.  A room without a valid method of payment will be held with the credit card holding the block.  Any rooms unoccupied on this deadline may be dropped from the block. 

Rooming lists for blocks made on November 1st or prior to December 16th must be completed within 7 Days of booking the block, including names and methods of payment for all rooms.  A room without a valid method of payment will be held with the credit card holding the block.  Any rooms unoccupied on this deadline may be dropped from the block.

Rooming lists for blocks made on or after December 16th must be completed within 24 Hours of booking the block, including names and methods of payment for all rooms.  A room without a valid method of payment will be held with the credit card holding the block.  Any rooms unoccupied may be at risk of being charged to the credit card holding the block by the hotel.  We reserve the right to drop unoccupied rooms from the block.

Cancellations:

Final Drop Date December 23rd.  Cancellations of a group (4 or more) of rooms that occur after this date may result in a penalty for lost revenue/damages.  A group reservation is a booking of 4 or more rooms at the time of reservation.  Even if you are an individual room within the group reservation, it is classified as a group reservation.  Individual reservation is a booking of 3 or fewer rooms at the time of reservation.

Individual changes will be accepted without penalty up to January 13th.  Changes made within 10 Days of arrival are subject to penalty.  If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, subsequent room charges (one-night + tax) will be billed to the credit card on file.

Miscellaneous:

***Room types are requests upon the hotel.  We cannot guarantee that the hotel fulfills these requests.

***A block is more than one room being held by a block holder.  A valid name and credit card must be added to each individual room or may be dropped by the hotel.

***Please make sure you associate your specific team to your reservation.

***No shows for the first night of your reservation will be assessed a one-night penalty + tax by the hotel and your reservation will be cancelled for the remainder of the scheduled stay.  Early departures may be subject to a penalty by the hotel.

***Hotels may pre-authorize credit cards on file prior to your check-in to ensure that funds are available or take a 1st night's deposit prior to check-in.
