Event Info


Aside from pre-registered teams, teams are accepted in order of registration (first come first serve manner). All teams exceeding the maximum number of accepted team spaces will be placed on the waitlist.

Event Policy

For all regularly entered teams, Entry fee due by December 20, 2019 or within 5 business days of acceptance, whichever is later.

12 team tournament  - all teams advance to the playoffs - top two in each pool advance to the gold ane remaining teams advance to the silver playoffs - Silver playoffs are one set to 25 all the way thru, and gold playoffs are best 2 of 3

Other info: Very Limited Spectator Seating... bring Chairs! No coolers or outside food and drink. No tables of food set up. Water and sports drinks permitted.

REFUND POLICY - no refunds from teams withdrawing 30 days or less from the event.

Roster Disclaimer

Minimal Roster required to enter event. It must contain the Team Name and Team Code exactly as it appears in webpoint. KRVA teams must be listed as active and paid in webpoint to be accepted. Incomplete or inaccurate rosters are cause for a team to be turned away from the tournament.


Final full roster is due in AES the Friday prior to the event. Roster must include a minimum of six players with jersey numbers, one head coach, a maximum of 3 assistant coaches. Roster may include one team rep. In the Keystone region, team rep position is limited to the Club Director ONLY. All team members listed must have their USAV member number included and the roster must be validated by AES. Incomplete or inaccurate rosters are cause for a team to be turned away from the tournament with no refund.
