All Open Division Winners receive paid entry to season-end event of choice: USAV GJNC (must qualify), AAU Nationals or Volleyball Festival Championships.
All Club Division winners receive paid entry to AAU Nationals or Volleyball Festival Championships.
Two days of Pool Play, followed by Monday single-elimination brackets.
Every effort will be made to not start a match later than 4pm Monday, Feb. 17
Additional venues include Phoenix Convention Center, Avondale ASC, Salvation Army KROC Center and others if necessary.
Registration is not complete until the Team Entry Fee is received.
Housing priority is based on when Team Entry Fee is received.
This a "Stay and Play" event to help manage hotel rates during this high-demand period. All teams outside 90 miles of the Greater Phoenix area must book a minimum of 3 rooms for 2 nights per team through the Festival Housing group in order to participate. Parent rooms count toward the 6 total room nights per team.
Each Club must be registered with AAU ($30 and good until Aug. 31, 2020)
All players and coaches must be AAU members ($16 coaches / $14 players and good until Aug. 31, 2020)
Background check cost is included in AAU adult membership cost.
No Coaching clinic or IMPACT certification required.
Please pay Team Entry fee before Jan. 1, 2020 to avoid a $100 Late Fee per team.
All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable.
Team roster information must be in AES by Jan. 31, 2020 to be used for personalized player bag tag credentials. Otherwise, players will receive blank bag tags.
