Event Info

General

Age Divisions: 18 Club, 17 Club, 16 Club, 15 Club, 14 Club, 13 Club, 12 Club **Divisions my be combined. There will be no refunds given once accepted. Officials: Paid 1st officials provided for all matches, paid 2nd officials for some Gold Division Finals. Wave Start Times: Posted by Wednesday of event Tournament Schedule: Posted by 8pm on Wednesday week of event, and will be updated if any teams add or drop so check the web site regularly that week for any changes or weather delays. -Teams will be issued a coaching credential wristband for each ADULT they have listed on their roster. **Divisions can and maybe combined in all age groups at our Discretion. Admission: This year’s event will have a small admission fee for spectators of $15 for a one day pass and  $20 for a two day tournament pass. All wristbands must be worn on wrist for admission into playing site. There will be no replace bands for lost or removed bands. Spectator wristbands will go on sale starting Saturday at 7:15am at the playing venue. This event will not be canceled due to weather, it is up to the teams if they feel it unsafe to travel. There will be no refunds for weather or withdrawal after team is accepted.

Notes

Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of turning in signed roster and picking up coaching credential pass(s)) at the Convention Center on Friday Night 6-9pm Check-in Times: Friday, from 6-9pm at the Championship Desk Saturday, from 7:15am-3pm next to the table where admission is sold. No refunds after teams are accepted Facility Rules: Due to incidents in previous years at other events there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy this year for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venue. -Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility -Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. -In order to comply with the fire marshal, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN CHAIRS INTO THE VENUES. Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility. There will be no refunds after team is accepted or due to weather. Please bring own supplies for wrapping.
