This event is for Ohio Valley Region teams only.

Starting this season, we are requiring Junior Championship Tournament entry to be completed only through AES.  Tournament registration opens Wednesday, August 14 at 10 am.

If you need to create your club's AES account and you do not know your 5 character Club Code, contact Al Herbert: herbert@ovr.org.  Do NOT just make up a Club Code.  Your club has already been assigned the same Club Code in both SportsEngine and the OVR systems.  You must use that Club Code.

Tournament registration and payment must be completed by the end of February 28, 2025.  A change for this season, this event is now First-Come First-Served.  We will take entries by date order.  We have reserved the same number of courts as we used last season for each age/division.

When you register in AES, your team(s) will be marked as "OK To Pay".  You may then make your online payment in AES.  Again, this payment must be received by the end of 2/28/2025.  Once you have completed your payment, your team(s) will be marked as "Accepted" in AES.

As of March 1, 2025, any team that has not paid or does not have the required number of OVR tournaments on their schedule may be dropped and replaced with teams on the Waiting List.

But, to be eligible to participate, American and Regional teams must have at least three OVR tournament results or still future scheduled tournaments to be eligible.  National teams must have at least two OVR tournament results and either a third OVR result or a USAV National Qualifier result for a total of three results to be eligible.  The OVR National and Freedom Bid Tournaments count as an OVR tournament. The JC does not count.

Remember that if this age/division is over-subscribed any additional teams will be placed on a Waiting List.

We will only accept late entries if there are still spots open in that age/division.

The Ohio Valley Region Board of Directors voted to start charging admission to our multiday events at the GCCC.  

Cost is $10 per day per a vote on 1/16/2023 by the Board.

  We are using HomeTown Ticketing which OHSAA also uses for many of their events.  So, you may already have an account.
