Aug 1-Dec 31, 2024: $495
Jan 1-31, 2025: $545
Any Registration and payment received after Jan 31, 2025: $595
Roster Deadline: Roster must be completed & verified in AES by February 14, 2025.
Any roster changes done after 8am on February 22, 2025, will have a late/change roster fee of $50. Fee must be paid at the time of the roster change.
Payments and registration must be received by the deadline date to obtain discounted fee. Registration and Payment must be completed to obtain an accepted status in AES.
Acceptance is first come first served for each division. We will accept teams till each division is filled, once division are filled remaining teams that have not paid will be placed on a wait list. When you have made the deadline for the discounted fee, please make sure your check reflects the correct amount, refunds will not be issued.
Winners in each age division will receive free entry into AAU National Championships or the Volleyball Festival. This is not a bid; your team must be registered & accepted (which includes paid) for either the AAU National Championships or The Volleyball Festival before your division closes. This is a team award for the current season and may not be passed to another team in your club or saved for the future. If you division is closed, you have the option to be put on the wait list or enter another division in the same age group. All teams must still register for the AAU National Championships or Volleyball Festival by the appropriate entry deadline and/or the entry requirements and policies as outlined in the event information packet.

Team Drops and Refund Policy for Tournament Central Events including USAV and AAU Super Regionals.
Teams that drop out 40 days or more prior to the first start date of the registered tournament, will be refunded their entry fee minus a 20% service charge.
Teams that drop after that will not receive a refund.
Teams that chose to go to another related / hosted tournament may have 100% of their entry fees transferred to the other tournament. Must be done at least 2 weeks prior to start date of tournament.
