**NO OUTSIDE COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYMNASIUM**
Acceptance will first be given to teams who have completed all requirements.
ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Register for the event in AES
2. Pay registration fee online
3. Submitted rosters are required in order to be fully accepted. Edits can still be made to the roster after acceptance.
4. Complete housing through Lee County Sports Housing
DENIAL OF ENTRY
Event Director may deny entry when the event is filled, or when a club exhibits a habit of unsportsmanlike behavior or cancellation from event.
All teams regardless of affiliation (AAU, JVA and USAV) are welcome to participate.

ROSTERS
Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.
HOUSING
Lee County Sports Housing is our official housing provider for Bump, Set, Spike Indoor Volleyball Championships.
A team of local reservation specialists will share their knowledge of each hotel’s amenities; also the best beaches, attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
Reservation specialists are available Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM Eastern Time by calling 239-541-1800.

PLAYING WAVES & HOTELS:
WRISTBANDS:
Only coaches on rosters will receive a one time wristband at check in. Team reps and chaperones will not receive credentials.
If wristband breaks, the coach may come to coaches check in or admissions at any point to receive a new wristband, broken wristband must be shown.
TICKETING INFORMATION
This is a cashless event therefore all Tickets must be purchased online. Children under the age of 10 are admitted free.
Daily Ticket: $15.00 Adults & $5.00 Kids (17 years to 6 years of age) | Ages 5 & Under Free
Rosters are not required for acceptance into the tournament; you can add players and coaches later in your team dashboard on AES. Teams must have a minimum of 6 players and 1 coach to compete. Players are not required to have any membership to compete. Coaches must be background checked to participate (USAV or AAU).
A team that is denied entry to the Bump, Set, Spike Indoor Volleyball Championships shall receive a full refund of their entry fee.
All teams regardless of affiliation (AAU, JVA and USAV) are welcome to participate.
Insurance Coverage: All tournaments are privately insured, and provide General Liability (“GL”) and Participant Accident (“PA”) coverage for the protection and benefit of all participants.
• There will be NO REFUNDS if a team removes itself from the event after the entry form deadline of March 7th.
• When an individual or a team decide not to attend, or is unable to attend our event for reasons pertaining to acts or threats of war, acts or threats of terrorism, or a health risk alert, we shall issue NO REFUNDS.
• When our event is canceled or interrupted due to acts or threats of war, acts or threats of terrorism, or a health risk alert, event entry refunds will be made to individuals or teams on a prorated basis once all of our out-of-pocket expenditures for the canceled or interrupted event have been settled from such fees.
