Portable playing surfaces for any activity

We are your resource for portable playing surfaces whatever your sport or activity. Our experienced supervisor(s) will be onsite for the duration of the event to oversee the delivery, installation, and the tear down of the courts. With over 10 years of experience managing sporting events in Convention Centers across the country, we can provide invaluable consulting services when your needs dictate expansion into a convention center environment. AES also can provide you with all of your volleyball equipment needs. Whether you need nets, standards, barrels, flags, and plates for one or one hundred courts, we can supply them.

A complete volleyball sport court and equipment package consists of:

1. one court of playing area consisting of 162 square meters of floor tiles
2. one court of border area consisting of 150 square meters of floor tiles
3. two steel floor plates with pole sleeves
4. four 55-gallon plastic water barrels
5. one complete set of aluminum volleyball net standards including pads and referee stands
6. one volleyball net including antennae
7. floor tape for the playing area
8. floor underlayment carpeting

A complete camp package includes the following:

1. two steel floor plates with pole sleeves
2. four 55-gallon plastic water barrels
3. one complete set of aluminum volleyball net standards including pads
4. one volleyball net including antennae

*Please note: court leasing rates includes any or all of the items listed above. There is no reduced costs should an event not require a complete package as listed above. 

**Additional costs:

1. Transportation costs are quoted on an individual basis due to our unique nationwide trucking arrangements with numerous national carriers gives us the most competitive pricing. Inventory generally originates from either Austin, Texas or Indianapolis, Indiana warehouses.  There is also additional warehousing capability in Atlanta, Denver, and Kansas City and other cities across the US. Our goal is to provide the lowest possible transportation costs for our customers. For that reason, we offer some of the lowest transportation costs in the industry for those events that schedule for our services at a minimum of six months prior to the actual event.
2. Transportation costs to the site and return to Austin, Texas or Indianapolis, Indiana for one Courts Galore Employee plus per diem for both setup and teardown of the event.
